1. COURSE ACCESS
Lifetime Access
Upon successful purchase, you receive lifetime access to your course content, including:
- All video lessons and modules
- Downloadable workbooks and materials
- Course updates and improvements
- Community platform access (where applicable)
Access Limitations
- Access is non-transferable and for your personal use only
- Account sharing is prohibited
- We reserve the right to revoke access for policy violations
- Technical outages may temporarily interrupt service
Platform Changes
- Course content may be migrated to new platforms over time
- You will receive 90 days notice of any platform changes
- Downloadable materials ensure content preservation
- No additional fees for platform migrations
2. REFUND POLICY – “30-DAY PROMISE”
Full Refund Period (Days 1-30), unless otherwise stated in Offer
- 100% refund available within 30 days of purchase
- No questions asked, no explanation required
- Refunds processed within 48 business hours
After Day 30
- No monetary refunds after 30-day period
- Course credit may be available for future programs

Scholarship Transfers

- Moderators reserve right to remove inappropriate content
7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

User Responsibilities

Dispute Resolution
Christian Reconciliation Preferred:
- We encourage biblical conflict resolution as first step
- Mediation through Christian conciliation service preferred
- Arbitration available if mediation unsuccessful
Legal Action
If legal action becomes necessary:
- Jurisdiction limited to courts of East Baton Rouge Parish
- Class action lawsuits waived
- Prevailing party entitled to reasonable attorney fees

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please request a refund within the 7-day period.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pathlight Coaching regarding course access and supersedes all prior communications.
